My expertise

From writing code myself to overall responsibility

I taught myself to program before leaving school. In 2001 I founded my first internet company and have since been responsible for numerous digital projects as managing director: ideas became applications that companies use every day and that have noticeably simplified their processes. Today I deliver projects with the support of AI.

Since 2001 I have led numerous digital projects, for clients as well as for my own companies. Here is a selection from more than 30 projects, showing just how broad my experience is.

Software for documenting ISO 9001 certifications

From as early as 2001 I developed my first software for increasing efficiency and optimising processes: an intranet system that fully digitalised audits and the documentation of ISO 9001 certifications. I developed the software myself and sold it to customers.

Intranet systems for orders and resource planning

Over the years I have planned and delivered numerous client projects, creating intranet systems for customers that made company processes and resources noticeably more economical and cut costs.

Numerous internet projects delivered

On behalf of clients I have delivered numerous internet projects over a period of around 20 years, from concept and strategy through usability and design to sales targets and measurable success.

Web hosting and domains for customers

From as early as 2003 I looked after my customers with my own web hosting and domain offerings. As a provider, I supplied them with the technical infrastructure on which they could run their websites, internet projects and domains for a fee. In this context I have built up extensive technical knowledge of web hosting and domains.

Search engine optimisation and marketing

I continuously optimised my clients' projects for visibility and strong organic rankings in search engines. Because even the best internet project is only successful if people actually notice it online.

Legal tech software for GDPR implementation

In two of my own companies I developed, in terms of content and concept, a scalable software-as-a-service solution that enables businesses in any sector to meet their obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) themselves, with no prior knowledge. At the same time, the software automatically provides staff with annual e-learning training on data protection.
